Resort-style living makes this 2-bed/2-bath coastal condo the ideal getaway for your next vacation to the Orange County coast. Located in the exclusive community of Ritz Point, this private third floor walk-up condo sleeps four and features resort amenities with the security of a 24/7 guarded gate and patrol.
Light and bright with penthouse high ceilings - there is a desk for your laptop or tablet, with peek a boo views of the ocean to enjoy from windows and the deck. Make yourself at home with ample comfortable seating, and everything you need to enjoy yourself and relax. The fully stocked chef’s kitchen with stainless-steel appliances has everything you need to prepare and enjoy your meals.
The large wraparound patio with outdoor living area is a great spot to spend the evening barbecuing and sipping on a glass of wine or your favorite cocktail. The cozy living room with flat screen television is a great place to snuggle up for movie night.
Rest up at night to make the most of your days. The primary suite features a king-sized bed with hotel linens and plush pillows, as well as an en-suite bathroom with walk-in glass shower for privacy. The secondary bedroom includes two twin-sized beds, and access to the hallway bathroom with tub and shower combo.
After a good night’s sleep, the vacation continues just beyond the doorstep where endless activities await. Get a workout in at the private gym on property, with several cardio and weight training options. The newly renovated community pool, three jetted spas, and gorgeous ocean views are a lovely place to relax year-round.
A short walk to the beach through the Monarch Beach Golf Links boasts some of the best views of the coast both on and off the Golf Advisor 5-star rated public course. If you are interested in teeing up while on holiday, please contact the course directly to schedule a tee time.
The local beach is breathtaking and provides abundant opportunities for watching whales and dolphins or catching waves. The Dana Point coastline is nearly seven miles long and comprised of six different beaches to explore. Beach gear is included with this property.
Outdoor parking is included with the rental, so you may come and go as you please to explore up and down the coast. Within very close proximity to Dana Point Harbor, the lantern district, and Laguna Beach, there are a wide range of activities, fine dining, and shopping to enjoy during your stay. We loved staying at this 3rd floor walk-up condo. Long morning walks are what we enjoy doing when on vacation and this location did not disappoint. You can walk to Salt Creek and Strands beaches, visit the lantern district for coffee and a pastry and hike the trails at the Dana Point Headlands. The condo community is very quiet and the condo itself was very comfortable.

Beautifully furnished apartment, very cozy and well equipped.
The apartment has everything you need, just stock up the fridge and you are ready to enjoy your vacation. Everything is provided, even beach towels and supplies. It is super clean and we felt very comfortable.

We loved our stay here. Great location since it's in a quite neighborhood and close to the beach, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Took a jog on the nearby path down to the beach every morning.
