The second bedroom boasts a queen-size bed with premium linens, while the third bedroom is perfect for accommodating guests or larger families with its twin-over-full bunk bed and bonus trundle bed. This home comes complete with central air conditioning, ensuring comfort year-round. Garage parking for one vehicle in our shared garage area adds convenience, while access to a washer, dryer, and beach equipment makes your stay hassle-free. A short walk takes you to both the beach and the vibrant local shops.

Please note, the garage parking and laundry facility are shared with the back unit tenant. Designated laundry hours for guest use are from 10am to 3pm daily. The back unit is a fully separated space above the garage with separate entrance, the garage is the only shared area.
