Two additional bedrooms, each with a queen bed, enjoy scenic canyon and peek-a-boo ocean views and share a hallway bathroom with a walk-in shower, creating a calm and relaxing atmosphere throughout the level.

The middle level is the heart of the home and is fully open concept, designed for seamless entertaining. The living room features a cozy fireplace and flows directly into the pool table area, dining space, and kitchen—allowing everyone to stay connected whether cooking, dining, or playing a game. A convenient half bath is also located on this level. Step out onto the main-level balcony, where you’ll find the BBQ for easy al fresco dining while overlooking the canyon with gentle ocean peeks beyond. Additional balconies extend the living space outdoors with fresh coastal air and peaceful views.
